• Is this a franchise?

No it is not. Franchises are considerably more expensive and risky. In addition, the business we are offering is a true start up business that you own and have control off. Franchises are often compared to "Jobs You Buy" because of the heavy franchise fees and regulations attached to the franchise. The December '05 Issue of Fortune Small Business entitled Risk/Reward by Anne Fisher. The article, basically an expose on franchises and the hidden risks of buying a franchise, discussed the reality of purchasing a franchise. In the article, Ms. Fisher writes, "To hear experts tell it, a fundamental misconception is the idea that running a franchise means being your own boss and running your own company - whereas in reality, you're just leasing a trademark, and the real boss is the company that has sold you the privilege" (p.53).

• Is this MLM?

No it is not, MLM is a good concept, however, it takes forever to build. We utilize a direct sales business model that is 1,000X more powerful than MLM.

• Do I have to talk to people with this business?

Yes, unless you are going to do manual labor then the only way to make money is to move products and services or be responsible for the movement in some way. But I can tell you this, you won't have to do any personal selling, convincing or cold-calling, the system and the leaders take care of all of that.
